October 2, 2006 Gordon Johnson, President & CEO of Neighbor To Family, Inc., today announced the appointment of Gail Biro as Vice-President of Policy and Program Development.

Biro was the very first employee hired by Neighbor To Family, Inc., joining the staff in 1996. Since 2000, she had served as the foster care agency's Vice-President of Florida Programs. In her new position, Biro will oversee the planning and implementation of policies and procedures for all programs associated with Neighbor To Family and will ensure programmatic adherence to the agency's philosophy, mission and goals.

Biro received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from Middle Tennessee University and holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Central Florida. According to Johnson, "This promotion puts Gail where we needed her most - on a national stage where she can strengthen and enhance Neighbor To Family's network of services." Mordecai Dixon, Director of Operations for Florida Programs, will serve as Interim Vice President for Florida Programs while a national search is conducted for Biro's replacement.

Neighbor To Family, Inc. is a nationally-accredited child welfare agency currently serving more than 2,000 abused and neglected children in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and Virginia.

Gail Biro, Vice President of Florida Programs for Neighbor To Family, Inc. today announced the selection of Mark D. Jones as Executive Director for the agency's Miami- Dade County Florida program. As Executive Director, Jones's duties will include the administration of case management services to more than 900 abused and neglected children in central and northern Dade County.

According to Biro, "Mark is a veteran administrator with a great passion for bringing quality services to children and families. He is also a foster parent, and that combination of managerial and hands-on experience makes him the ideal leader for Neighbor To Family's largest single program."

Jones joined Neighbor To Family in June, 2006 as Director of Quality Assurance. He previously worked for Children's Home Society, Community Based Care of Volusia/ Flagler and several other child-serving agencies. Jones received his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Westfield State College and his Masters Degree in Human Service Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

News Release Media Contacts: Greg Milliken, 386-523-1440, or Mike Powers, 954-527-3355 DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - (date) - Neighbor To Family, a nationally known, nonprofit foster care program, today announced that Dennis Williamson has been appointed Vice President-Finance with responsibility for all fiscal operations at NTF's 10 programs in four states. Williamson is based at NTF's national headquarters in Daytona Beach.

"Dennis comes to Neighbor To Family with a broad range of skills and experiences," said NTF President Gordon Johnson. "We are excited about having him on our team, and look forward to benefiting from his expertise."

"I'm looking forward to using my financial experience to serve the needs of abused and neglected children," said Williamson. "I was immediately attracted to NTF because of its commitment to keeping sibling groups together."

Williamson has a bachelor's degree in accounting from DePaul University, in Chicago, and an MBA from Roosevelt University, also in Chicago, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

He has held a variety of accounting and finance positions in California, Illinois and Florida. Most recently, he was Accounting Manager for Reed Brothers Security in Oakland, California.

Dennis resides with his wife, Patricia, in Palm Coast, FL. They have three sons, three granddaughters and one grandson.

Neighbor To Family provides safe and nurturing foster care for hundreds of abused and neglected children in Florida, Georgia, Maryland and Virginia. The innovative program uses thoroughly screened and highly trained professional foster parents, who work as team members with therapists and the children's natural parents to reunite families or, when reunification is not possible, to place children in loving adoptive homes. Daytona Beach-based foster care provider Neighbor To Family, Inc. has hired Clayton Cannon of DeBary as Director of Management Information Systems. Cannon is a graduate of University of Central Florida and was formerly the owner of Certified Computer Professionals in DeBary.Cannon will oversee information systems and other technologies in Neighbor To Family’s eight sibling foster care programs in Florida, Georgia and Maryland.

Neighbor To Family is a Daytona Beach-based non-profit organization providing foster care services in Daytona Beach, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Atlanta, and Baltimore.
